Which you could assume was Miles...except he signed his own card right below it, as Miles and in what seems to be different handwriting. So either Spider-Man signed his own Get Well card, Miles signed two in two different ways for some reason, or there's a third Spidey hanging out with the Avengers somehow

The only difference is that Bruce had to quit because he almost broke his no kill rule while having a mild heart attack and was alone for 15 years till he met Terry Mcginnis... While Peter is still swigging around fighting crime while in his mid 60s, the people of NYC love him and don't think of him a menace and seems happily married to MJ.

The whole reason he had that heart attack was because his body could no longer handle the lifestyle he lead. Whilst yes. Peter has the fact he was still swinging in this comic, the point still stands. No matter how hard you fight, the greatest challenge is age. Bodies fail eventually. Even the symbols have their limits.

I find comics dialogs or some situations kinda unfitting for the character, time to time. Spiderman would never speak out loud "nobody came to see me" to some other person.
