Shaping the boards is my favourite part. You make it look so easy. I couldn’t help but think about the angle grinder story you told me last weekend.

Your starting to look like your dad , I really want to get back into making signs again , reasons why I don’t is cause I got a job where I work 7 days a week 10 to 12 hour shifts and main reason is cause it’s not easy to find wood to use where I’m from , I can’t juss take a drive to my nearest lumber yard , but hey I juss finally bought myself a dewalt DWP611 palm router when I flew out of town to start making again .

Great to hear from you Lester. Wow sounds like you're a busy guy. I'm sure you're going to love the 611.

Nice demo! I use the angle grinder with a flap disc for the rustic edge, it`s a little less aggressive.
@oldave100
@oldave100 2 жыл бұрын
Ya, that flap disc is a great way to do your edges, too. But I gotta say, that disk sander is my favorite, so far.

So many edges, so many choices. Imagination is a wonderful thing. No matter you choice always be safe. If you think you might need safety glasses, gloves, aprons, etc., then you should put them on, there's a reason you thought about it! Stay safe my friends.
