If you add up the numbers when you get 62% attending college that includes substantial numbers of people who are of below average intelligence. College was originally meant for the intellectually gifted who are only 5% of the population, or not the majority. That’s how you get all of these women doing 2 year nursing degrees then eventually refusing to work once they realize what a shitty dogsbody job nursing can be. And that’s not even the bottom of the pile. The real bottom feeders are the ones who go onto social work where they’ve got some ridiculous civil service position dealing with dysfunctional losers all day long.

While going through divorce in 2008, I read Dr. Laura Schlessinger's book, "The Care and Feeding of Husbands." Among other wise observations, she said men are simple creatures. Not stupid, but not complicated. She told women that if they wanted a happy marriage, they should do three things. First, greet your husband with a big hug and kiss, like he's the best guy ever. Second, cook the foods he likes. Third, screw his socks off! Never have a headache and never reject him! Schlessinger said that if women treated their husbands like this, they would crawl through broken glass for their wives. But as we know, women don't want to appear subservient. They don't care about happy marriages.

After my divorce and before I found a good wife, I went to a dating event as moral support for a friend of mine. We got split up and I got assigned to a table with 2 middle management pukes and three 30ish women. I was dressed fairly casual, the other 2 guys had their best suits on. They were both taller than me (I'm 5'8") and I was basically ignored completely by the women. I was fine with that since I didn't really want to be there in the first place. By the time dessert was being served, the conversation had died down as the two simps had taken their shot and failed miserably. At this point one of the chicks graced me with her attention and asked what I did for a living. I happily admitted that I was in my 3rd year of a 5 year Union Electrician's Apprenticeship. INSTANTLY 3 pairs of eyes focused on me with the interest of a starving vulture. One of the harpy's broke down my entire wage and benefit package to the letter. I made an obvious assumption and asked if she had a dad or brother in the trade? Her answer hit me like a bucket of cold water. "No, when you are my age (31) you find the careers that will support the life you want and then you find a guy with that career". I could literally see them making the calculations on how they'd have to adjust their desires to fit me in, in order to take advantage of my future income and benefits. I noped out of there as fast as I could. One of them actually followed me to the door asking for my number. Oh, HELL no!

I can hold my peace any longer as my dad would have said. the part where she said, "Men for some reason don't put in the work they need to heal themselves, women often will." I have to strongly disagree. I ended my marriage of 25 years because I couldn't take it anymore. For 15 years I tried to fix our marriage. I got her to go to counseling twice. The last time the first two appointments went great. She got to say everything that was wrong with me. I admit I'm not perfect. The third time the therapist wanted to talk about her, and what he was seeing the problem was. That was it. Afterwards she said he was going to blame her for everything. I continued trying to fix me, correct what I thought was wrong and what I was doing wrong. And yes, I did do some things wrong. But I wanted to much. What did I want? Affection. Feeling like I was wanted. To be held. To feel like we were two who were one. She did not think she was doing anything wrong. I started to see I was being mentally abused. I decided we were done. But I'm not the only one. How many of you men can tell the same story? As a Medic on an ambulance, I have seen a lot. If I had stayed married, I would have celebrated 32 years this year. Been fighting cancer for the past 3 years so it has given me time to think and look inside. I'm doing better. The men i met while being a medic and what Joker has said is true, most of us are looking for a partner we can do things with sit back and enjoy the small things in life and just care for each other. Us men are finding out, except possibly for the affection part, that we don't need women. We can go out with our male friends and do things. every human being on this earth can think of something they don't like about every other human being. it's better not to focus on what we don't like about a person, and try to focus on their strengths and beauty and bring that out more, rather than try to change the person's "bad" attributes. it's interesting to me how much hypocrisy there is within these comments. so many men saying they want this or that in a woman (or don't want this or that), nitpicking things about women (like wanting only women with no kids or "baggage." everyone has baggage, literally everyone. even children). i wish more of you would go out into the world with an open mind, and get off the internet. there are so many wonderful women who are lonely and would happily love you. respectfully, danielle

I think the perspective is purely focused on the perceived social class that comes with the "high-achieving" label. As in a "high-achieving" lady will have to accept a "low-achieving" man. It's phrased that way because the message is for high achieving women because that's how they see it. In reality a lot of the "low-achieving" men are just people who didn't waste years of their lives getting degrees that they don't need. Sometimes they even earn more, but the work is considered lowly by the standards established by intellectuals.

I’m turning 38 next week. Still single. Women get angry/disgusted when I tell them I’m not interested in their friends who are in their early 40s with a divorce and kid(s). 1. I’m not second prize and I don’t want someone that is bitter and past their prime. 2. I want to experience things for the first time with someone else experiencing them for the first time. If I can’t find it, then I remain single. People, especially women, can’t seem to understand that mindset. Maybe that’s because when women reach my age they are desperate to settle and can’t understand or want to understand how a man doesn’t feel the same way. Believe me, I know several people my age that have settled and settled with bottom of the barrel. It’s a fear of being alone. I’ve already grieved the relationship and kids I didn’t have. I’m past it. I’ve accepted reality. I don’t want to be with someone that leaves me worse off than when I was single. Life is too short.

You’re right, men need to take charge and lead. It’s not about power it’s just the natural dynamic. Find a loving, nurturing, feminine woman. That’s all you need. She can make more money. She doesn’t have to be respectful because a mans job is to put her in her place and maintain discipline. Any man who can’t or won’t do that will suffer infidelity and divorce. A woman is evolved to annoy her boyfriend with meaningless fights. He must not lose his cool or become violent. She is simulating children’s behavior and once her subconscious is satisfied that he can consistently handle it without yeeting the kids the fights will stop. My girlfriend and I fought like crazy, broke up, slept with other people, got back together several times. She was loving, nurturing, and effeminate and no other girl came close. During breakup I would sleep with prettier girls but she was the one. We got married, had 3 beautiful boys, and were together for 32 years until cancer took her. We had only one fight that lasted past sundown. I turned from alpha to simping especially towards the end when I would do anything to make her comfortable. By then it’s ok because after 32 years I had nothing to prove.

The OTHER thing about “feminism” ironically is that they want to eradicate the qualities, traits and motivations that men try to hold for themselves as being “masculine”. Just started my apprenticeship as a machinist last year. 4 years I'll have my papers. Not quite cracking 6 figures as a journeyman but it's still incredibly comfortable money. See a lot of old guys in the shop and almost no younger guys getting into the work. maybe 5:1 old-young. Labor is about to be a premium, while college degrees are increasing in cost and depreciating the wages. Despite the recession, on the other side of this storm things are looking GREAT. I've accepted the fact as a mid-20's Zoomer I'll probably end up working until the day I die. But if I can make it so my wife doesn't have to and my kids are taken care of so be it. Make no mistake, I plan on HEAVILY investing in Cat food, toys, litter and vibrators. At least out here in the boonies the kool-aid isn't so strong. But, these gals in the cities are in for a world of shock when the welfare state falls apart and they don't have kids or a hubby to take care of them into their golden years. Sad..

A woman may readjust their expectations for a man, and may “settle”, but she’s not going to stay in that mindset. She may even love her husband, but society and womanism will hammer her for the rest of her life with the messaging that she isn’t “living her best life”, and she’ll leave. For me, just finished college, the main issue is general education requirements for graduation. By the time I went to college, I knew exactly what I wanted to do but every university requires 25-28 credits or so of random “gen ed courses.” These range from religion, language, the humanities, social sciences, politics etc. I literally wasted almost half my time in college taking these courses and it wasn’t until my 3rd and 4th years when I was actually taking advanced courses specific to my degree where I felt like I was learning beneficial stuff at a high level.

I will stand by college as a good thing, but only if you really know what you want to do. @matthewroth5715, as an engineering graduate, college is beaureaucratic bloat meant to sustain the college-industrial complex. Most engineering degrees should be 2-3 year programs as I only used 5-10 percent of what I learned in engineering school while in industry. With the advanced science classes I took in high school, I had enough knowledge to work in my engineering jobs. I never used any of the two years of college calculus in industry. In addition, the idea that forced liberal arts courses given by professors detached from reality will round us out as people is a fallacy. Life will round out a person, not college. College tends to make people think in simplistic, idealistic terms and they get smacked in the face with reality when they get out. If a person wants to become well rounded and wise, study the book of Proverbs!

I was talking with a woman about the dating apps and the culture it's created over the years. She made a remarkable statement that I don't think some have taken into consideration. She said, "you know, those dating apps are designed to keep people single". I asked, "what brought you to that conclusion?" Her rebuttal, "The apps are designed to tap into the part of the brain that always wonders, what's next, and this is specifically targeting women who are more prone to this compulsion." This resonated with me greatly because if we look at what is being discussed in the dating community it's all about women wanting to find the next best thing, or in this case the next best man. This cycle just keeps going on and on until they are, as the Joker lamented, enter their midlife crisis. I don't see this changing until women become so desperate they decide to change their own outlook. We are nowhere near that point because, let's face it, women will always have an endless supply of men to choose from. They might now be who they want but they will always be there waiting. Most of us call them simps today.

The problem isn't her hypergamy, but how government enables her to exercise it risk-free. Too many safety nets and diversity handouts means that she never has any consequences for poor choices until she's post wall and it's too late for her to benefit from learning from her mistakes.

They are high value. In the most literal sense, if they make more, they value more in financial sense. Brothers... I understand y'all are very angry and prone to misogyny but apply the same standard you apply to men to women as well. High value men /women are equally rare. The problem y'all are dealing with is in the averages. Leave the high value men / women alone, they worked hard to get over this bullshit.

Young women are not good at choosing partners. That's why for centuries in most cultures, partnerships were chosen by older people who know better. If you want to be valued more true to your actual worth try talking to older people who know you, tell them you're in the market. Any women who will follow the advice of their elders and date men chosen by their elders also happen to be some of the most intelligent and reasonable women. Not being too arrogant or self-important to take advice from others is a huge green flag.

I got my two trades out of high school. Went and got my three degrees at 35. Am now 50 with no debt, only work part time to pay for my cars, bikes, boats and machinery. I have been dating the same woman for five years now once or twice a week. Will it progress from there? Hell no, not giving up my lifestyle or what I have. Most and probably 99% of women when I was dating different women, weren’t interested and it’s their bad luck. I earn well and have traveled the world in my career and certainly don’t go without anything I want. Am 6’ 200lbs and not hideous. If this dating comes to an end, I won’t bother again. Being able to fly or sail myself around the world, why would I have more inconveniences. Great channel.

Women in the end want relationships, connections with others, & the chance to nurture, but feminism has turned them into competitive tax-payers & disposable sex toys.
@radmcbad1576

I think most women are incapable of nurturing. Men are usually better at the role, specially when it comes their own kids. Dads keep their kids out of jail and off of the pole. Lots of moms would rather sit their children in front of the tv all day than take their kids out to the park. Just the way I have seen it.

@@radmcbad1576 I hear what you are saying. I would argue that fathers lay down the law, set boundaries on moral points, enact justice, etc. , while mothers do those "little things" that get us through (tending us when we're sick, making a favorite food, reminding us to do XYZ).
