Yes, it absolutely is. And the good news is that it doesn't take all that much to achieve. 70% comes from your mindset, and the rest is "just" about taking good care of yourself in a physical manner (dress-style, exercise, etc.). I find everything Caitlin is saying spot on. I had marginal success with women when I was younger. Then I married a wonderful woman, but the marriage didn't survive (due to life circumstances) even though we are still great friends. Now, that I'm older (45), I find that I attract younger women in ways I wouldn't have fathomed before. My experience and security in myself have given me a confidence that I never previously had. I don't play games with women and they truly appreciate it. I also value life and look for ways of enjoying the world. I have lost many loved ones which has changed my perspective on the world and the time we have. There really is no time for playing games. You look for what you want and you go and get it. Hike that mountain, learn to fly a plane, SCUBA dive with sharks, go to a Star Trek convention ....... I find that my life is more full now that I am not afraid to just experience life to the fullest. And with that change in attitude has come the interest of women who find this quality attractive. It may seem easier said than done, but start off with small steps and they will grow into leaps and bounds.

Understanding is the better term. If you respect a much younger woman than you that's actually weird to me and you might have some latent mommy issues. I'm 37, never married, and look 27 dating a newly 21 year old. I guess most of this stuff came as common sense to me. The biggest thing that worked for me was letting her know I valued her for who she is and noticed and expressed we have similar goals in life. However, I always gave her the freedom to learn from her own experience, learn from the failures of other older family members in a bad spot, or learn from those that have made great decisions in life and are truly happy. She always knew I valued her and enjoyed her presence in my life, but I could at any moment be just as satisfied if she weren't around. I feel she should be just as content were I not around. It keeps us humble, understanding we enhance the great life we're building together and valuing what we both bring to the table.

I didn't have a nasty divorce, in fact neither of us hate each other. But my personal taste for women 18-24 seems odd to some, but I like what I like. I have learned that women like a basic level of confidence without being cocky. Being able to say no when its something I don't want helps to not seem needy. I feel my main strength is my loving and kind nature while never allowing anyone to take advantage of me. I am a little over 50 and a little overweight with a little uhhh. So I had to find my style and I do get fairly regular action from younger ladies. But now I am looking for someone for a more long term thing vs just a physical thing. And trust me I like the physical thing.

I have tried talking to younger women, and I do not think it is worth it overall. Too many of them are addicted to social media, mentally immature, and have more physical ailments than I have at 50 after working construction and doing all types of wild things in my 20s and 30s.

I don't know if I could ever date a younger woman if I were to ever end up single again. I for some reason never ended up with younger women when I was dating. I always ended up with older women, not much older women, but I found that women a few years older than I was had a little more maturity than the women who were my age. Even as a teenager, I gravitated towards girls a couple years older than I was. When I was in my early 20's a woman I was with was a couple years older than me and my wife is six years older. I don't know what it would be like to go after someone younger, especially ten years or so younger than myself if that ever was to come about.

Just remember that people always have opinions they’ll always make comments. It has been my experience. But older women have been there and done that and they don’t want anymore. They don’t even want to go out on a date. While younger women find older men to be more charming. They have knowledge. And younger women find that older men aren’t playing the game. They’re serious and real and they present some security. Don’t worry about what people think as long as you love each other that’s all that matters. As long as you have that understanding between you quicker than the other. There was a 25 year age difference between my mom and my dad. And they still had seven children. so life is too short not to enjoy

As I've got older I seem to be able to engage with younger women, under 30, much more easily, but this comes at a cost because of the age difference, so what is an acceptable age difference between a man and a women. I am not rich, but well read, travelled and more than just comfortably off finance wise.
