Mozerella sounds too bland, i always use mature chedder, you can add abit of mozerella to make it stringy if you wish. And it looks good btw i dont think the sinking is a problem at all..

@@itskeithnNat I wouldn't bother with the Moz in this either. The string pull is just for show. And always use extra mature. Cost the same but you need half as much.

12:12 😁🤣 I use tortilla wraps for quiche. They taste better and are so much lighter (and probably healthier) than the traditional quiche crust. I oven it for a couple of minutes before putting the egg mix on

I prefer green peppers to the red, they have more flavour especially when chargrilled or fried. Sounds like an interesting recipe though, but is far too much for me to cook for myself.
