How To Make A Very Tender & Delicious Cube Steak In Only 45 Minutes/ OLD SCHOOL SMOTHERED CUBE STEAK

OLD SCHOOL SMOTHERED CUBE STEAK AND GRAVY(INSTANT POT)
This is a quick and easy way to make cube steak
RECIPE:
2 lbs round steak
1 sliced onion
1 quart beef stock
all purpose flour
DIRECTIONS:
season steak with salt and pepper
sear off on both sides
add to instant pot
add onions to skillet and cook for 5 minutes
add 2 tablespoons flour to onions
cook for 5 minutes
add beef stock and cook 5 minutes
add to instant pot and cook for 45 minutes on beef setting
enjoy with rice or mashed potatoes

Add some home canned garden tomatoes, and you would have my Mom's version of Swiss steak in her old school pressure cooker. It was one of my favorite meals, served with hot biscuits, corn or home canned beans, and a big glass of sweet tea with mint leaves!!! Chef it is so funny. Yesterday was my 3rd year anniversary and my husband said he was in love with my cooking before he was in love with me. Funny thing is I could not cook at all and my mom was on vacation the first time I cooked for him so I followed your video step by step with every ingredient down to the brand you were using.
