This is from their last album.. the guy you thought was a bassist was just another guitarist.. there are 3 guitarists.. they did have a bassist (Nolly) who did play on this album as well as produced the album on their own 3Dot records label.. but after the completion of the album he backed away from the band for personal reasons (I think family related).. not sure to what extent he will give to the band in the future but I'm feel like he will be apart of it in some form.. but they are supposed to be working on a new album currently.. so I guess we'll see! Keep checking them out

Yeah. Its like Mark has said: "Nolly is our bassist. But he's not our bassist" - Like u said, he does A LOT for this band, record bass, helps with productions, but not playing with them live. So yes, Nolly is their bassist, but not lol

Joke’s on you, the “bass player” you slapped on is their other lead guitarist (yes they have 3 guitarists). Their bass player is a studio only guy. Watch “The Bad Thing” if you want to see full 6 member band live (the “bass player” is the lead on that song). Haha all good, keep it up

The guy ya called the bass player is Mark Holcomb. He’s another one of the guitarists. They have 3 guitarist. They did have a bassist, his name was Nolly. He produced, recorded and did his bass tracks for this album. He’s just not a touring member and an actual member of the band anymore. They still consider him a member even though he isn’t. They said that in the documentary for writing this album

If you like incredible rhythm under solos, check out Meshuggah. Dancers to a Discordant’s solo and the riff under it are fucking NUTS. Not to mention the kick rhythm with the 1/3/1/2 snare under it. Sickest rhythm section ever imo.
