if you are going for a defense build, I suggest looking at the freezing shield, that says freeze enemies on a parry and take every armor upgrade. quite literally the best item in the game

@@TheMobyh I did, but he was still way to hesitant to take the best relic in the game. get it, and the freeze hammer and gem and it is GG. but even it alone with high defense is a win 90% of the time, frozen enemies can't do anything

I totally get the concept of this run, but large rip to having those insane petrify items at the very start that would have absolutely wrecked like every starting enemy while your defense was so high you just took like zero damage. It hurts me in my heart, but I know the goal is never attacking. I’ve just never seen a run with such an obvious victory condition so early on. Not even in my playthrough ;~; lol

At 14:42 when you were removing items with wishful, Grabby Hands was giving you souls. I guess any removal gets the soul refund, not just items replaced by the hands.

A good way of doing wacky runs is just try to go for the unlocks, there are some fun ones and other really hard ones

Also if im not mistaken clarity mainly affects the souls you get from monsters so the upgrades with this stat that you took meant very little,but that's ok

Clarity also decreases curse chance and increases the healing from potions. It’s actually kinda insane for those other reasons as well.

BRUH lol your sleeping on stone caller hard. 2 petrify to all enemies when "hurt" including poison essentially you can convert 3 poison dmg to yourself into 6 "dmg" to all enemies on the field. love the content btw GREAT ON ACID~

Poison doesn't care about your defence. You had a choice to pick an item that doesn't allow poison to get higher than 2. Good job at dying to poison.

If you're doing targeted builds, reroll your starting item until you get a core item of that build. Everyone, thumbs up if you agree!
