I would love to see more eye looks that work for your skin tone, in particular, eyeshadow palettes and shades that work well for you. I have a similar skin tone to you and have such a hard time finding eyeshadows that nice on me.

Do you think you could make a video on bronzers? You seem to have a similar skin tone to me and you’re the only person I’ve found with a lighter, olive leaning cool skin tone , so I’d love to see it if you’re up to it!

I recently did a really good color analysis and it confirmed I am a cool winter (so my closest ”sibling” is cool summer) with olive skin. I am not a bright winter, so no super super bright colors. I thought I’d check makeup artists tips on olive skin, and I was shocked to see how few videos there is. How is this possible😨 So a huge thank you for making videos for olives!

That is a beautiful eye makeup look!! Smokey eye looks make me look tired also. I am confused about the concealer. You use a pink toned concealer under your eyes but then in another video you used peach by Cinema Secrets. When would you use a pink or peach?

Pink will cancel out more yellow/green and peach will cancel out more blue/purple. The cinema secrets one is actually pinker than other correctors I have. I find it to be pink enough for myself and most clients who need a pink corrector :)

Same. I avoid my lower lash line altogether because they say a woman of a certain age (me) shouldn’t put anything there. I always looked scary when I do. I want to still try with softer colors. I was watching a John McClean video last night and I think I can softly put color there. He mentioned a bit of sparkle under the eye looks good. I wish I could buy that one sparkly green gold shade on your eyes. It’s twinkling every time you move. Do you think the Revlon colorstay dry skin 180 will be the same color? 🙏🏼

I think the lower lashline also really depends on the look! Try putting your bronzer there and just a bit of a darker shadow on the outer corner, and avoid anything too cool toned- that usually works for me & my clients. I also just want to point out that John Maclean has expressed things about race that I find problematic, and therefore I do not support him! I've only tried the Revlon 150 in both formulas and I found the colors to be about the same, so I would hope that would be the case with the other shades as well, but I can't say for sure!

Thanks, I'm glad you like the look! I don't find the 4 seasons method the *most* appealing-- but I think I'm a winter, haha (my natural hair is fairly dark). I need to make a video about clear vs soft because I find it MUCH more helpful. Winters are supposed to look good in deep colors, but I can wear light/bright colors as long as they're clear.
