It's not cheap, but I only use for a shot a night and I want something that taste great and has a high Polyphenol count. I take Oleoestepa Spanish EVOO. It's about 25 bucks on Amazon. I buy a tin for 60 bucks and it last about 3-4 months.

I suspect that consuming olive oil in the preparation of other foods is entirely different from drinking olive oil straight from the bottle. Olive oil is still fat and drinking fat is not going to do you any good. At 4:45, the video says "Balance is key and this should be part of a varied and healthy diet. Don't drink any vegetable or animal oil. You get so much fat from the typical American diet that you don't need to drink it. Yes, replace high omega 6 oils like corn oil with lower ones like olive oil.

I like the taste of olive oil! Being that it’s only 1 tablespoon, give it a try. Maybe sprinkle a little salt on it as was recommended by Dr Alan Mandell, who also has lots of great health videos. If you can’t tolerate it straight, I don’t see why you couldn’t put it your food. 😊 Unless that dilutes the benefit?? 🤷🏻♀️
