I get the sentiment. There is a lot of "pop" country in music city but there is some very real country, in and coming from nashville. Theres more to Nashville than just music row, but in a lot of those honky tonks you can and will find just this! Remember country wouldnt be what it is w/out Nashville and the mother church!!

My dad is pushing 60 and has been with the same company since my mom found out she was pregnant with me 24 years ago and he still cannot afford to own his house, he rents his house, still drives the same old truck, and eats the cheapest food he can because he can’t afford it, I wish I could help but I’ve got kids of my own and it’s tough for me rn as well. I think there’s a lot of Christian mommas out there thinking about the world we are leaving for our children. I know I certainly am. I grieve for my children and the pain they will have to feel going through this world.
