Men need other men! That is so true. Lads need Dads, young men need mates, older men need the support of kindred spirits. We can't all have brothers, we don't necessarily relate to our brothers when we do have them. Men also need rites of passage.

How would you get Men together that are already acquaintances? I would love to get some Men together in a loose "Retreat-Environment" or something like that I just don't know how to ease others into the idea or how to plan this really. "Hey guys, we barely know each other so let's go for a BBQ Weekend and talk about our feelings and hug things out..." Anyone ideas? However, GREAT Video and awesome subject!
