🇨🇦🐿 2022 road trip! Oliver returns to Canada and meets a friendly squirrel 🇨🇦🐿 (Part 2)

Join us as we travel from Montana to Vancouver through the Canadian Rockies! We had a lot of fun along the way and met some surprisingly fearless squirrels and chipmunks in Banff National Park. Oliver was not amused by their antics!

Glad you liked it! Oliver definitely enjoyed that moment at 13:55, but I don't think the ground squirrel enjoyed it quite as much! Oliver came down off the picnic table almost vertically, like a thunderbolt! He's quite an athlete when he wants to be. It's a good thing he was on leash at the time...

The landscapes are just beautiful..Emerald Lake and mountains was just beautiful..It was like looking at a Bob Ross painting...Then when you went to the Falls and you could see a rainbow that was exciting...And the lake shaped like a dog, that was great....Seeing your family again is always wonderful...And I always love the pictures with you and Wayne and of course Oliver...Safe trip home... Oliver is visibly very happy on his road trip. It's amazing, how he is 'inspecting' the area, even while looking out of the Windows. His nose probably helps him to remember, what he has already seen last year. ... He really is interested in just everything, knowing, he is protected by the best family of the world, whatever he is doing. He enjoys all the beautiful places - as part of the OSW-TEAM, dreaming of more adventures together. This beautiful video reminds me of amazing trips to and within Canada but a long time ago. This year I just drove 9000 km within and around the Tampa Bay area. The roundtrip through Canada 1995 was 17000 km long. I wish you a great time in your 'home area', 'Cocker Spaniel' from Germany. 😉🙋‍♀️

I live in Oregon and have had similar experience with deers , very startling ! I feel so bad for the deer having to deal with cars 😢💕 have a fun safe trip Oliver and Dads

It was scary, but I'm so glad that no one was hurt! The deer really did come out of nowhere... it was almost on top of us when I saw it. Near Banff they have some special bridges designed to allow deer and other animals to cross the highway, but there's nothing like that further south, sadly.

I love the scenery in Canada, from 5:05 mins in just gorgeous. So great that dogs can go into the national parks there. When you were visiting the Takakkaw Falls all the water mist was making a rainbow in the background. We knew about Nessie in Scotland but Ogopogo was a new one. Oliver definitely likes the bear toy present from his cousin!
