Nicole's elimination gave me a lot of insecurity growing up. I believed the "no personality" edit. I myself was shy, a bit timid, but I was always a hard worker, kind to everyone and loved to laugh once I felt comfortable. I had a personality, just didn't feel comfortable putting it all out there like that. When Nicole got eliminated, despite the fact that her pictures were so beautiful, I felt like if I wasn't a big, extroverted personality type, I would never be successful, my work will never speak for itself, etc. I'm much more confident as an adult now, but I truly never forgot when Tyra sent Nicole home. I feel so sorry for her that they edited her this way, and sorry for myself for buying into it. She seems lovely, and so beautiful.

April and Anchal are some of my all time favs and I agree, they were done DIRTY. They always tried to frame April in terms of her ethnicity and she was clearly not comfortable with this framing/portrayal. I think April was a TOP contender Cycle 2 and they passed her up because she was too "clinical" (weak excuse to boot her bc we all knew she was one of the most consistent models). And the girls bullied the hell out of Anchal bc she was one of the most naturally stunning imo. But this bullying never got checked unfortunately.
