So he's the kind of guy who'd take a slap like that. It probably didn't bother him much, and he liked it that she stood up to him and had beach ball-sized lady nuts. It took some guts for Olivia to do that. Negan's a villain, but he admires courage and loyalty in others. I do think it'd have been different if he'd riled up a guy and the guy had hit him, though.
