Ah Yep!!! Suuuch a shit!! I had been hoping to see him getting nominated in the lead actor category instead of Christian Bale for American Hustle. Of course Bale is a rockstar! I've fallen in love with Bale since The Fighter, so don't get me wrong. But I think here, in this regard Daniel Brühl deserved it more!! Sure, the Best supporting actor category at the Academy Awards was fucking close this year, no doubt!! But Daniel wasn't "supporting" anyway. I mean he was fucking leading character Niki Lauda, can we please just make that clear!?! Selling Chris as the lead actor everywhere was nothing but a bad PR strategy! However, that fine, modest young man doesn't care anyway. So hey, he's on the road through Hollywood now and has got a number of great international movies coming up this season, he's still got every chance in the world to draw the Academy's attention to his acting brilliancy!
