I was too and never stopped. An absolute beauty, amazing voice, kind and compassionate, and a trailblazer in cancer research and care with her cancer center in australia. I was really torn up when I heard of her passing. I was driving home from work and it came on the news. Not a good time to have an emotional shock. To many legends we grew up with are leaving us, making us feel old and empty in today's turbulent world with lacklustre talent replacing the good stuff we remember.

I stumbled upon this sad news and my heart just sank. I'd been listening to her music on a daily basis via yt playlists, and this just hits me so hard! 😭😭😭😭 I'm 56, and as a painfully shy little black girl growing up in the ghettos of L.A., I've always loved listening to all her music. it had this way of touching me in my most emotionally vulnerable places. If that makes sense. I've always felt this incredible spiritual connection to her...so much so that to me, it feels like a big sis passed away. Such a magical, beautiful otherworldly angelic voice. Olivia will always be apart of the soundtrack of my life as well. Thank u so much for lending us ur beautiful talents for as long as u did. U will always have a place in my heart and soul, and ur songs will forever grace my ears. U fought a long and brave battle, now rest in Paradise sweetie.🙏🏽💗💗💗😇

Night is draggin' her feet I wait alone in the heat I know know that you have your way 'Til you have to go home. "No" 's a word I can't say. But it gets me nowhere to tell you "no" It gets me nowhere to make you go Will a little more love make you Star depending Will a little more love Bring a happy ending Will a little more love make it right Will a little more love make it right. Where did my innocence go How, how was a young girl to know I'm trapped, trapped in the spell of your eyes In the warmth of your arms In the web of your lies. But it gets me nowhere to tell you "no"

If you search for the word "blessing" in the dictionary, you're very likely to find a photo of ONJ. No masks, no crude contents. She was simply herself. That's why everyone loved her. Such a pure, wholesome, gorgeous soul. She was simply a joy to have around. I just love the strong and healthy friendship she and Travolta had ever since their breakthrough success in Grease and how close the two of them were. John was even crying in commotion when he paid his tribute to her at the 2023 Oscars. She truly touched the heart of everyone she met. Now, her journey through life and her battle with cancer have both come to an end. May God bless her soul. We'll never forget her. I hope future generations will take example from her rather than bland Mary Sues. Heaven added an angel.
