Joe. I never understood why you never remebered me when I called you a few years ago. You see, back in the day when your mom and dad owned a bakery on Richter and Torreon I met you for the first time through your sweet mom when you were 6 or 7 years old like myself. We became best friends until your mom and dad moved to Ceralvo and Zarzamora to a new location with their bakery business. We kept in touch by me spending every weekend at your new house and bakery on Ceralvo st.. We played together, and did alot of things as children. You even had a brown, hound dog name "boy". There is no way you would have forgotten me after we spend alot of times together. Even your mom treated me as her second son. She was so sweet and I loved her alot. Her and your dad whom I use to call "maestro" They gave me alot of love. Love that I wasn't receiving at my own home. Then in 1964 ny mom decided to move to L.A. knowing that I would never see you, your mom and dad again. Then one day, my now deceased sister Maria had told me that your mom had passed away and that broke my heart because she had a big impact on my life as a child. Sadly, she didn't tell me the bad news until years later. She use to visit your mom alot and she was too busy with her own personal life. And I got a little upset at her for not telling me of your mom's passing right away. Anyway, the reason I gave you a call was because I saw your number on the internet where you had a small business called "Baby Dude Records". I also found out that you had become a musician like myself here in California. I was so happy to have contacted you but it broke my heart when you said you couldn't remember me at all. But I couldn't accept it because we were best friends and we were like brothers. I just couldn't accept the fact that you couldn't remember me. But that's ok. I know that if your mom and dad were alive and they would see me, they would have given me a big hug. I really miss them. So Joe all I can ask from you is to tell me where your mom and dad are buried so that I can at least pay them my respects by visiting their graves and bringing them flowers. It was 1991 when I first met my girlfriend, later turned into my wife We got divorced but still remember those years everytime I listen to this song. Good memories. Thanks Joe
