I’m a retired RN & use to purchase those off brand clogs to work in for 12 hour shifts. They were so comfortable! Sometime when you have time please share some of the pretty dresses, & tops you wear & where you purchase them. I liked the red dress & navy scarf you wore to church. I think you always look so lovely!

I so love to read. If I'm still...I usually have a book close by. Even if I can only read a chapter. I also loved In The Heat of the Night. It was filmed in Covington, GA. Hi Sherry, Your Ollie's haul is nice..I love shopping there too! The Amish books look good! My favorite books are by Grace Livingston Hill...written in the 1930's and 40's. She wrote around 100 books, Thrift books has used ones for low prices! They are Christian fiction! I watch Perry Mason sometimes in the morning. I love Ollie’s! I’ve purchased a couple of pairs of the generic croc’s - last year and this year. Keep one at the front door and one at the back door. Oh yes, I’m a Perry Mason fan! Crime shows are on my favorites list- I’m a wannabe detective! I’ll be checking out those larg print books. Thanks for sharing with us today.

Sherry I LOVE my Crocs!! I have the name brand and I know exactly what you are talking about the footbed having those little spiky things 😆 but that didn’t bother me, as a matter of fact I felt like it helped my feet so much. Oddly enough Crocs are excellent for foot problems like plantar fasciitis. Which I have. Love all the videos you are posting!

So nice to see you again on you tube. You are a visit with a sweet girlfriend! Ollies is not too far and is a stop in. Found some cute books for my baby grandson with the push button noises. I went in recently to get some new dishcloths as they were a reliable source for inexpensive and bleachable. There was not one. Single. Dishcloth. I wound up buying a small bundle of white washcloths that are distinctly different from face cloths we use in the bath, and will use these new ones in the kitchen. In these days of strange glitches in supplies now, we will have to look at workarounds.

Hi, Lynn. It's so hard to depend on stores having a full supply of the things we need these days. Another item I get from Ollie's is their candles. They are the least expensive prices I have found. My little granddaughter likes those push buttons books too! And you really can't beat the prices on them.

@@thehomespunwife and truly, Ollies is not a store that we should look at as always restocking inventory that we thought we could rely on. It is a buyout store, after all. But it was just surprising to see that example of zero inventory. In these times I tend to buy some extra if I can, when I find staples for home since supply chains are getting more and more strained. I have a new set of good cotton sheets I haven’t opened because it is really hard to get good quality sheets anymore that are remotely affordable even if you do find them. Who knew that our wonderful textile industry would be eradicated? We took our wonderful percale sheets and great quality towels so for granted. But, we do know, God supplies all our need with physical comforts being the least of our need in these ongoing times. Don’t worry about a deep reply! You are so kind to acknowledge!

Speaking of mysteries, there is an excellent Amish cozy mystery series by Laura Bradford that my daughters and I have thoroughly enjoyed.
