Ive watched close to all of your videos on both of my accounts. I don't usually comment but you're genuinely on of my favourite youtubers. I've definitely found a love for spearfishing compared to fishing with my rod because as you've said "You love it because you can be selective with what you catch". I just recently bought a wetsuit and will buy the rest of the equipment soon too. I'm in South Africa, so we have great whites and a ton of seals here so I'm a little nervous spearfishing here but if I die, at least I died doing what I really wanted to do lol

How come the videos don't premiere anymore?I like the premieres better, you get the kind've countdown to when it's coming out, and when it comes out you have to watch it live for the duration of the video, so there are often other people in the chatbox watching too. When I do a big video I like the do a premiere. Would love if if you went back to doing them.

Do you guys have lots of Great White spottings? The area I live in has so many lately that people are avoiding quite a few areas. In the past we had the odd one and there was an attack on a surfer every couple of years, but lately they have moved up the coast and are all over the place in my local waters. I would love to get into spearing, but the sharks along with pretty low fish numbers makes for something I would rather avoid.
@jamesr57412 жыл бұрын
Are they following the fishing boats?
@olliecraig-primalpursuit2 жыл бұрын
only in certain areas of the country. predominantly the very top and very bottom
@ArbyCreations2 жыл бұрын
@@jamesr5741 No, we have a really strange thing in South Africa at the moment with Great Whites, they used to mainly be in the Cape Town area, but then they just disappeared for a few years from there. A couple of theories are around food source dwindling, but there were also two Orcas named Port and Starboard who were hunting the big sharks and eating their liver. Im not sure if its coincidence but the Great Whites now lurk about 200km up the coast from where Port and Starboard have been spotted. Unfortunately that is bang in the middle of where I live!
