No ifbb pro or coach is putting as much time or information into their videos. Training, nutrition, everything. Thank you John. 🙏🏼

I’ve been following the qualification shows and by the looks of it, John will be first callout. There’s only a few guys with comparable size and shape tbh. Derrick, hadi, nick, Andrew and maybe one other guy is close. Even jay cutler in a recent video talked about how John may be a contender.

@@troyhamilton1889 that’s nice of you buddy, but realistically good for me is 11-15th. I still have a lot of size needed

@@johnjewett7970 You went from 212 to open in such a short timeframe, you may have the genetics of being a hyper responder. Just look at the current mr O, he went from 212 to open and won in a very short time-frame. I know that you have been talking about retiring soon, but IMO if you dont have any very bad health issues, put that off for one or two more years and I think you would be granted a top 5 most certainly. We need a Texan Mr Olympia and I would bet that in 3 years if you keep progressing at the current rate you could be one of the biggest mass monsters of all time and cement your place in the bodybuilding hall of fame. If you took an extended off season and keep making these good videos, I think you could prolong your career by at least a couple years because I know that prep is insanely hard, but an extended off season could probably get you another 10 or 17 pounds of muscle, which if you come in (then) as shredded as you are now, then you could place top 3. But hey, if you dont think you could safely put on that much more muscle even with an extended off season without seriously risking dying, then dont do it, Im just a guy on the internet lol, but I think you may have the genetics to be a freaky mass monster like nick walker.↗📈💪

I recently saw a video that two Brits visiting Texas went to H.E.B. and were blown away by all the goodness there....y'all are lucky. We have the amazing Publix here in Florida but H.E.B. is just the next level.

Can the hammer strength low row be manipulated to emphasize the lats similar to the Prime Low Row?
@johnjewett79702 ай бұрын
@@freshprince512 very tough to make that work. There are better options with just cables or dumbbells

@@johnjewett7970 yeah I think you’re right. although I’ve spent several weeks trying by moving there seat all the way up to increase stretch and sitting with my butt back on the edge of the seat and chest on the pad. But it’s not the same feeling as the plate loaded prime low row. Not even close.
