I haven't followed bodybuilding especially the Olympia since 2007 or 2008. Your physique, your videos, your transparency, and your work ethic have changed that for me and I'm all in for your journey. I'll be cheering you on and hoping your physique cracks the top 5.

1st. Lookin good, brother. Keep it up! It's great to see what the pros eat and what some of the pitfalls are. You gotta remember everyone is different and what works for you may not for someone else. The fact you identify this speaks volumes. Not trying to sell anyone on anything specific with regards to food/supps. Plus, it's a great way to document your journey. Always having something to reference. I use to take pics like crazy. Wish I did more with logs. I'm lucky bloodwork only runs like $10 which is necessary. Having gotten past some hemoglobin issues now ready to implement my TRT again after 10 weeks off. Feelin better already. Always great content. Keep reppin' S. Tx. 💪😎

How many grams of sugars do you recommend not to exceed in a food day. The sugars I take only come from fruit
@johnjewett79702 ай бұрын
@@davidesgambato2881 I do t count sugar in fruit. Current dietary recommendations in the US are to not go over 10% added sugars of your total kcal. For the most part that is reasonable. I would put the caveat that as long as you are meeting all micronutrient requirements first.
