Difference this time is that there are better BBs with much better genetics making huge improvements but Nick is still blocky with big imbalance between upper & lower body. If he gets top 5 at the Mr O again I will be surprised.

Nick, use the waist trainer and train lower abs & obliques less for the taper, eat the same, up the lower legs and roundness from the front if you can high carb those days. Keep the top front the same its spec, bring more thickness in the back. 👍👍
