I thought I could run, came out for a warm up very early in the morning it was really serious for me I used to run when I was in the secondary school so I thought I could, came out took a few steps and turned back walking home I was so exhausted and out of breath and 8 have not jogged since then it was more of a traumatic experience. The way this guy's do it's still a mystery to me all I can say is respect

Cheptegeis records shouldn't be official just like kipchoges 1:59:40 marathon isn't official. For Cheptegei’s 10,000-meter record (26:11.00), except for his final 1,000-meter stretch, every other 1,000-meter split was within a second of 2:37, a metronomic mark that would be difficult to replicate with just a watch. THE WAVELIGHTS ARE CHEATING METHODS. a computer literally telling athletes the exact pace they need to run.. BULLSHIT
