hell yeah, that's what i've been saying. his top air was the cleanest, biggest, highest DD, way bigger and better landed than alex, and his turns were SO perfectly quiet. even dale got a bit bucked in that spot about 8 turns before bottom air and had to rip his hands back into center trigger, and alex was worse. bryon often tends to bounce a bit at speed when he loses snow contact but in his finals run here his hands were 100% PERFECT, which says it all. i had 1bryon 2+3dale/alex 4 sho 5 colas

they score it 50% turn n line...25% air.....25% speed. so colas missed grab shouldnt have affected his score as much as someone who had alot of breaks in there turns......i have competed moguls my whole life...bryon wilson took me outta junior olympics in 2nd round of duals in 06....

Then why is it that the judges decided that Bilodeau should receive a higher score? Even if his movements weren't as you say proper, his speed and style were enough to secure his position as number one, that's all.

Damn straight what's wrong with Björnlunds score, his turns were way to low but the time cost him the podium.

it's that he isn't a big fan of canada (once was Canadian) and to lose to a canadian not the best way to win a silver medal

Judging was highly biased, as it kind of had to be, but purely objectively, it should have been: 1. Wilson 2. Begg-smith 3. Bilodeau or Endo. I'm Canadian and have been competing moguls for decades and was glad to see Alex win but the runs are what they are. So annoying to see ppl saying Alex's run was obviously the best when it wasn't.

The fastest snowboarder would arrive after these guys had already taken their shower. Skiers can do anything a snowboarder can do. The reverse is not true. Type in "snowboard" and "moguls"; just amateur films. Skis rule !!

the judges' rationale is the very thing at issue here, so it doesn't really seem like you know what you're talking about. i'm canadian, an ex tour-mate of alex's, and a big fan of his. anyone who's competed in moguls knows that his top air was small, landed backseat, and followed by a big backseat bobble (a bigger error than colas's missed grab which cost colas a medal, despite colas being even faster and more stylishly direct). i'm very happy for alex and he def deserved a medal, but not gold
