Really nice to see you get out with your little one. Very entertaining walk. Got a couple good shots as well. Soon all the color will be gone

So I'm wondering what I'm going to photograph over the next few months. But I have some videos in stock luckely at least one with my work of this year I think 🙂 thabks for watchibg grt guido

It's so nice to go out with the kids but it takes so much time and effort extra. But you get it all back from them 🙂 the buzzard was amazing indeed. I was so surprised buly the result even with the 2x converter and handheld. Thabks for watching. Grt guido

Hello Guido The image at 11:20 is a realy great one in my eyes. Now it is the time were the autumn colors are fade more to brown and grey. Greetings Ernesto

Yeah that was a bit of a different image I guess. It's so dark and moody but it does work. I would have love a different composition with more room underneath the tree but that meant that there would have been water in the frame. And since that water looked brighter then the rest of the image it doesn't work. I'm actualy surprised that this worked and still got a in focus image. Autumn course are almost kver here. Huge storm passed yesterday almost all trees are empty instantly. So I wonder what I am going to photograph over the coming months. Thanks for watching. Grt guido

Nice photos with the moody fog and sunlight. I am impressed with 2X TC with the 300mm of what we would call a hawk in the US. I may have to get a 2X TC for my Olympus 300. I subscribed. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Gary, I was also amazed by the results with the 2.0 converter. Next Sunday I have a landscape shot in the far, far distance with the 300 + 2x converter. I haven't processed it yet but on the back of the camera it looked ok. Looming forward to see that result. Where are you from? Guess somewhere in the US? Thanks for watching and your comment. @@GuidoVanDeWater Thank you for your reply Guido. I am located on the Mosquito Lagoon just north of Cape Canaveral in Central Florida on the east coast. I am going to attempt to photograph some migrating White Pelicans and hopefully some flamingos and spoonbills tomorrow in the Merritt Island Preserve which is near Canaveral with my OM-1 & Olympus 300mm and 1.4 TC. The OM-1 should be better than my old G9 & PL 50-200mm 2.8-4 with a 1.4 TC that I used when attempting to shoot flamingos in Italy last year. My friend was using a Nikon D500 & 500mm pf lens and he had beautiful shots but mine were just too soft, albeit he is a far better photographer. Irony is I own that same kit but did not have it with me. Wish me luck and I can’t wait to get the MC-20 that you used so successfully.

@garydubberly6608 well to be honest, I'm not the best bird photographer out there, but I've seen amazing results with the system you have. Just look for Alexander koenders. He is a Dutch ambassador specialising in birds and other wildlife. I think the converters are excellent as long as you can fill the frame with your subject. If you use it to get something in the far distance a bit closer, then I think it doesn't work. I've tried it in my next video with a landscape shot, so we will see how that turns out to be. But I intended that shot to be very useful hopefully it worked. But you live in a great area for wildlife and birds I guess. I know floride has some rich bird life areas. I did a lot of bird photography until about 5 years ago. Due to some personal situations, I could not go out far from home, so I started wandering areas close to home, but they only had landscapes. So I gave that intry and realised that I had a lot more passion for that haha. And I am much better at it, I guess. It was my pleasure to respond. I always like to engage with everyone watching the channel, so thank you for the support. I appreciate it! Grt guido

Nice birdshot Guido... even with 2.0 converter quite sharp. The rest was hazy .... not like today ......

Pff today what a weather... I'm staying indoors... yeah it was hazy that day not the absolute perfect fog I was hoping for but still nice images. I was amazed by the sharpnes with that 2.0 converter. I never tought it would work. Lucky the bird sat still I guess. Thanks for watching grt guido

Just viewed this on a large screen TV...landscapes look superb. Especially the sunbeam on the tree. Just amazed by the buzzard shot, esp as 2X converter was used.

Thanks I never watch it in a large screen myself so happy to see that it doesn't effect the quality. I was realt amazed about that buzzard shot myself. Never expected it to be as sharp as it was! Thabks for watching and your comment appreciate it frt guido

Daddy photography is back! 🤣 should make this a series and teach him your ways. no wonder you can bring all your lenses with you and not worry about weight. Good trick, might be difficult for me. Either I’ll be charged with kidnapping or I need a girlfriend 😂 great shots and quality time together:)

Whaha you remember the last video that I was out with him 🙂 haha I always bring all lenses but it was a bit of fooling around I guess. It is a bit of a cheating waybto Carey your gear but super easy. I just put all lenses loose in the bottom of the stroller so easy quick lens swaps 😅 whahw maybe you should put some more commitment in that girl you ran in to recently instead of photography she looked nice. But still takes a couple of years after that before you are at the point were you can do the stroller trick 😅 thabks for watching always apreciate it 😀grt guido

Thanks huub yeah that buzzard was a real treat 😋 this Is why I wanted that 300mm so badly. It's good for landscapes but if I come across a scene like this I just want to photograph it properly. It is some extra weight but I just got rit of the stuff that I don't use often like the drone. Thabks for watching. New video in 5 minutes 😉 grt guido

Simple question requiring a simple reply which lens is sharper ? the 150-600mm or the 300mm f4?
@GuidoVanDeWater9 ай бұрын
The 300mm is by far the sharpest lens that I have ever used. Then the 150-400 then the new 150-600 and then the 100-400 from olymus. Panasonic one comes even after that. Buy there is not that much difference between the first 3 specialy if you keep in mind that it has double the focal range. That 150-600 is just an absolute beast. There are a couple of videos with example shots feom the 150-600 on the channel also. Thanks for watching. Grt guido

@GuidoVanDeWater Жыл бұрын
@theflyingdutchman7127 Жыл бұрын
@GuidoVanDeWater Жыл бұрын
@theflyingdutchman7127 Жыл бұрын
