I have no pro capture low its greyed out any help would be appreciated Up date only works with Olympus lenses

Hi this is madhu from Melbourne, I bought OM-D EM1X last week and I updated latest firmware as well today I took around 1073 photos & I followed your videos pretty much every video ,after coming home I turn on my camera again and it doesn’t turning off again .don’t no what to do. any suggestions

Hello Madhu! I have seen some power issues come across this model recently. Contact where you bought the camera immediately, explain the issue and tell them you would like to exchange it for a new body after they have updated the firmware to confirm the firmware update is not the issue. If the seller is unwilling to do this (which would be a real shame), contact Olympus and send your camera to them for repair as it is covered by a one year warranty. I am hoping wherever you purchased it from has the customer service to be able to assist you and get you a working camera for the holidays!

That seems odd that it wouldn’t power off but they said nothing was wrong? Well I’m glad it wasn’t something that needed to be fixed! That reset button can do wonders

You should sign up for an Amazon or B&H or other affiliate account and add affiliate links in your descriptions. You are working hard on these why not add that extra potential income source... some beer money at least.
