It tells the story of a young woman who left everything behind in order to dedicate her life to lay the ground for the life of future generations. On her mission, she establishes a climate station under tough conditions and fights to succeed physically and mentally.

This video shows that you do not need expensive cameras with all the fancy video features to produce a quality film. You need a good story good actors and skills. A good lense, weather sealing IBIS and a variable ND filter help of course. Olympus covers all of that. :)

Wow....Just,,,freakin' ....wow-------------Stunned at how beautifully done that was.......Congrats!!. I came for the look at the OM-D E-M1-MKIII info,,,video examples,,,,, and twice just got lost in the whole production. Going back for a 4th watch to look at the camera work closely. Whoever thinks that the OLY is not a video camera,,,well, they're just not looking. So glad I found this. I knew the photo capabilities of the Olympus cameras,,,this is a new dimension. Haven't been so interested in a new camera in a very long time...If they could just nudge that 4K up to 60P with a firmware update, this would be top dog...

I'm the male character in the short film. I can personally confirm that the camera is awesome. It puts "Hollywood" production quality in your hands for alot less than cameras they use. The winter weather on the mountain truly tested the camera's ability. We left the camera running overnight in -25C weather, and the camera had no problem starting up the next morning after replacing the drained batter. Incredible film, beautifully shot. But this could have been done just as well on an E-M1 Mark II, which is available gently used for half the price. I was really hoping Olympus would make significant improvements for video, but the only real differences are the pre-amp (which is important) and 1080p at 120 fps.

Sad that even the best of the line can't support 4k60...that's quite disappointing. Even lumix G9 direct Em1ii competition has 4k60. OMDs would you considering to have a firmware update for 4k60p?
