Just found this song. My ex proposed to me after 7 years of me begging her to marry me. I thought we finally got through all our hard times. Within only a few months she told me she needed time to heal. I thought it's not about me and i should be a good future husband so I agreed. I kept sensing it was something else. I asked her for the truth for months. She kept saying just needs to heal. I finally broke up with her even though it hurt me. I finally got the truth she started having feelings for someone else a friend that is an alcoholic and is toxic. After all I have done for her. I didn't deserve that and now she doesn't deserve me.
