You should do one on the main ingredients of most fat burners (ex: caffine, green tea extract, etc) because I had this friend back in high school who tried all these crazy fatburbers and spent a whole lot of money, i'm pretty sure he isn't the only one spending all that cash, maybe posting a video could help out some youngsters trying to cut.

Citrulline malate is awesome. Everything you reviewed is very true. The only thing I would recommend is to take the supplement one hour before working out. It takes approximately this much time for the kidneys to convert the dose to Arginine and NO. Taking the dose too soon before a workout won't give an initial pump until well into your workout.

Trained athletes who ingested 6g of Arginine before working out had a 41% decrease in GH and IGF-1 levels postworkout. Your body naturally releases GH and other growth factors after a workout to help repair and rebuild muscle tissue. Taking Arginine before a workout may significantly hinder your body's natural anabolic response to training! With so many better options for pumps, including citrulline malate and my favorite, organic nitrates, arginine is outdated. In fact, citrulline has been shown to raise arginine(and thus NO) plasma levels greater than arginine."
