This is the stuff dreams are made of. Filmed at 11pm in my garage, ambient temperature a crisp 40 degrees Fahrenheit, nothing could stop Paris & myself from discussing the keys to getting big arms. Paris is someone who I highly respect, having gotten to know him over the last several months. Grateful he took the time in-between us filming a bunch of Raskol content to make this. Who wants to see us film a lifting session together? Make sure to subscribe to his channel below, he puts out excellent information: www.youtube.com/@BaldOmniMan

As a 19incher, you HAVE to have an arm day. I haven't seen a single person irl with big arms who doesn't have a dedicated arm day. Also train forearms, way more than you think. There are like 20 muscles and 10 movements in the forearms. Forearms become a limiting factor on many other exercises (muh straps - won't help your bench or curls) you HAVE to have strong forearms. No matter how big your other muscles, ultimately it is your forearms that connect to the weight.

I'm glad Omar is posting again but I got literally nothing out of this video...mainly because naturals and non-naturals at a high level do the same stuff so...yeah this was just a basic "you should train arms with volume and intensity". Are people really surprised that more effort and volume means bigger muscles?
@nomongosinthaworld
@nomongosinthaworld 28 күн бұрын
The point was obviously to not treat them as an afterthought or “accessory” to your main lifts but to change your way of thinking and make arm isolations a main lift if you really want them to grow, paying close attention to your performance metrics on curls, pushdowns and whatever else and actually prioritizing them in the form of an arm day or doing them earlier within your sessions or more often per week. I agree that this is nothing new for serious lifters though
@DogginsFroggins

My question is this, the big torso movements are absolutely affected by arm training, so if u do arms before them (so overhead extensions before bench fpr example) i do think that the torso muscles would tend to be undertrained because they wont be the limiting factors, but its also true (even though to a lesser extent) the other way around, and eventually the thing we do first is probably the thing which we give the most "thrust" into, so how do we get big arms without sacrificing the torso muscles training?

My question is realisticly how much does doing this take away from getitng big chest and lats i can see it not effecting legs but people who train like this do they feel like they never have the good power for a bench or bent row or maybe its all relative. Here’s the sauce Standing Bicep curls 35 pounds lift till failure slow on the way down enduring all the pain slowly. Than a concentrated Strong effort on way up, make sure you go all the way up and squeeze at the top, don’t go halfway make sure the dumbbell is all the way up where you can’t keep going and squeeze. make sure your in a form the muscle is doing ALL the painful work and struggle on the way up. It should be all biceps no wrist forearm shoulder trap etc. make your grip loose if you have to. Find the stance and form that is targeting all bicep. Once you reach failure automatically do a painful dropset to failure again. I say painful because your muscles should be screaming, not the joints but the muscles. Than once you teach failure immediately do a second dropset of these of of around 12 to 10 pounds right after. Do this excercise for 5-8 sets straight 2- 3 times a week. You can Call me in 6-12 months to thank me when all people do is comment on your biceps. And your biceps outgrow your friends who lift as well. Bonus tip is eventually incorporate pull-ups but in a specific form that target mostly bicep not back or any other muscle like forearm. Find the form for you that is working almost all your bicep and your gonna take it to even the next level. You can do this after a some months or even a year after doing the first exercise I mentioned
