The front would have to be fitting pretty snuggly on one's nose, meaning they will mark your nose and will easily fog up inside (little airflow behind the lenses)

They can actually be somewhat loose and tilted for airflow. I've had mine for years

Watch the video 3:25 . You actually need to wear them a bit loose. I just got mine and once set up loosely, no nose mark and no fogging. Love them! Try it out! 😀👍
