Would love to see a quick video on the Omega 11 Turbos with the race intercooler/piping, dual brushless, 1050’s, speed density kit, stage 2 trans etc etc. (cuz that’s what an authorized AMS master shop is doing to my GTR up here Canada “eh”) 😊 I’ll upgrade the bottom end soon then we can turn up the tune!!

That's interesting that a 600ftlb cap is used to save the trans and not the engine on a VR30 vs the VR38 on the GTR

What? I am putting 610 Torque and 655whp with bolt-ons and E85. In total I payed $3500 for tune,Ecutek and parts. I did the labor myself. KZbin has tons of easy step by step guides. It was so frikin easy I was actually surprised. Price to power I am very happy with my build. Saved a crap ton of money.

I don't know if you've been keeping up on it but after 8 or 9 years now they are reporting that E85 is ruining motors. It is absolutely a filthy oil. I mean gas that you can put in your car and it's destroying the motors. You better find something else or you're going to spend a lot of Money if it's not already too late.

Crazy power for stock rods , plus stock gear set , I had a broken piston rings and gears at 852whp dynojet with a set of gtx2867 and not AMS built

Lol this is nothing for a stock gear set or rods. Stock rods are good up to about 650tq. Stock gears can handle around 800tq. All about the tune buddy

I think it has been done, but has not been done very much. It may be possible, but not guaranteed. Can you? Possibly. But it's going to be quite a bit of work to make it happen.

Turbos still require the motor to be pulled I believe.

Sold my Z32; still can’t get over the bland look of the GTR. Wish they made it more exotic. Great engine but not in the realm of a clean Z32 in terms of a head turner. To mustangish; should have went the way of the NSX body style.

You could run an Omega 11 but would have to limit the powerband to compensate the stock engine

They changed names into omega use to be alpha i remember watching alpha 12 gtr’s were insanely fast

We still offer both ALPHA and OMEGA packages! The ALPHA packages are full power packages, turbos, intakes, exhaust, etc. Whereas the OMEGA kits are just turbo kits, without all of the extra components that comprise an ALPHA package.

@@BIGMIKESKNUTTS Honestly it's more than you need for the street. I use Ecutek with 4 maps and a tuned transmission. I can't get traction to save my life on maps 3 and 4. I use Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (335 rear 285 fronts) and I am having to upgrade to Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2s to try and lay the power down. Traction control cuts power constantly on the street. The track on the other hand with slicks the car is nuts. But a Omega 9 would be obviously faster. If you are legitimately only streeting yours. The Alpha 7 on E85 is plenty.

@@jetro7349 Correct. I was being tuned on Cobb right as thier Green Speed came out. And put a halt on my tune. So I had to then convert to Ecutek. I'm quite anti Cobb at this point because of what they did. When the software updated on AMS's side because it's server based, it locked them out of my Cobb tune. So I had to buy Ecutek (Which is way better by the way). So unnecessary extra money I had to spend because Cobb wouldn't let AMS finish my tune. With Ecutek and Cobb being the same parent company AMS told me it was a matter of time before Ecutek followed suit. It's all a bunch of shit. But thank you for reminding me. I honestly forgot about all that nonsense.

R8. If I remember correctly the stock trans and block internals can handle north of 1khp. But I may be wrong. Torque I have no clue.

R8 hands down . It’s engine cs hand 1100+ whp stock and the trans can hold way more power than a stock gtr transmission
