@JamesCarian2 жыл бұрын
@@UCZ15 well it doesn't have any sort of anti-reflective sapphire or anything, but I'd say it does pretty well with that. Also kind of depends on the dial/color scheme. The dark gray hour markers are probably a bit better than if you'd have a different reference with the lighter ones. Definitely good contrast between the dial/hands/indices.

I've owned the Speedy but found it too big. Owned the original Aqua Terra in black, but a little plain I'm down to just my G shock now, but this 38mm beauty in the white colour option, is definitely my absolute grail (unless rolex call me about that 36mm black Oyster Perpetual!) This omega is a star. I do wish they went for the solid case back, like om the 40mm Railmaster ... that would be my perfect watch... but as we watch geeks know, there is no perfect watch. That's what keeps us coming back for more ❤️🔥

I'm still trying to fall in love with a Speedy...so far ironically I actually like the all black Moonswatch version 😂 but haven't been able to get into the actual professional models. It's the AT for me that represents the best of Omega. The Globemasters are nice too. Looking at going to a blue dial day-date AT later in the year.

great review! i have the exact same wrist size and your review proves that even the smallest setting of the strap is not enough. are you saying omega is custom making a smaller strap for you and you are waiting for it? if i get this watch, no other strap will do.
@JamesCarian2 жыл бұрын
From my understanding the smaller strap is orderable if you contact Omega. The dealer I purchased the watch from did the leg work on that for me. I actually did trade the AT back in after a bit because it didn't have the same wrist presence for me as my 2 Rolex pieces. So I think I'm a bit biased towards larger watches (they are 42 & 44mm). But objectively, I do still think this Omega is a great watch, very handsome, and an amazing value for what you're paying.
