You should/need to set a rule for the following situation; You are playing in different leagues, the team in the "top" league is relegated, while the team in the "lower" league is promoted. In this situation, who really ends higher? I would honestly argue that a point (if any is to be given) should go to the team being promoted, as they are ending in a better place, even if it's technically below the other one. Very situational, might not ever happen. But it's the sort of thing that is nice to have a rule for, if the situation ever calls for it.

An idea for the score system- Instead of a point for if you beat each other you should do it as a two tied affair with the winner getting 3 points. Ie if Luke beats Dad 3-1 and Dad wins the second game 3-0 Dad gets the points for the season Just an idea
