How can we be sure that the man wasn't sent by the bad guy to test her loyalty?

Riveting, all round. I'd like to mention the very subtle, barely perceptible movements of her face that communicate so much of her emotional reactions. Great acting. Also, latent maternal instincts as an instrument of blackmail and persuasion! Wonderful. The open-ended ending is perfect.

A masterpiece of writing, directing, filming, editing and excellence of acting. Quality. Loved it ❤ Congratulations.

Well done. No idea what was happening but looks like it could be a snippet of a great long firm film.

Brilliant! Really well written & I love the shot selection, pacing, actors...all of it! I just want to know more-about the story leading up to this & what happens when she makes her decision. I’m so surprised this doesn’t have more views & comments! I’ve watched a lot of short films & this really checks all the boxes!! Everyone involved should be really proud! I want to see more of your work!❤️

Great short! However sometimes I don’t like to tell myself the end..but I’m going to choose to believe she took her son back, but have a feeling she didn’t.

I have seen this actress before. Such an odd, yet beautiful face and especially her nose and profile! Both are very good actors. I bet she did not get her son back. Would be a nice mini series.

The investigator seems completely untrustworthy- he has obviously lied to her for years and will do anything to get what he wants. If i were Claire- i would assume I was on my own.

10:20 So being “sloppy” using her real name didn’t really matter coz he could change it (12:02) any which way he wanted anyway.

That's the point. If she didn't use her real name he wouldn't have known to change it

My Father & I travelled almost every year to the Languedoc region of Southern France after I shared books written by a local author named Kate Mosse, books that became a best selling trilogy, & which initiated our interest in the plight of the Cathars. Living on the south coast of England it was easy for us to ferry over & drive down for a few weeks a year. I subsequently have a fond interest & pity for the Cathars because of all I learned on those trips. I recommend Montsegur of course, & Carcassonne is a wonderful piece of living history. Amazing mountain villages hewn out of the very rock still exist as they were going back a thousand years ago.

Intriguing. Set supposedly in a hotel room. Excellent conversational acting. Kept my interest. The dialogue had reality written between the lines. I don't go to the movies. I don't have Cable TV. This is top-notch. Very much a reality play. Did the writer ever work in Law Enforcement? There are multiple ways to handle this style of interview. Job well done. Believable. Today there are so few Law Enforcement who are actually working 'Law Enforcement' [ Especially @ the Federal Level ]. 5 Stars / * * * * * + Durasaxon +✝️

I don't think it was American. I think it was Irish. They were somewhere in Great Britain because the driver's side was on the right side of the car.
