Chopped onion-3 medium size
Tomato purée-1 cup
Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Turmeric (Haldi) powder-1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder-1 tablespoon
Garam Masala powder-1 tablespoon
Roasted Besan (Gram flour)-1 tablespoon
Yogurt (Dahi)-1 tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves (Dhania patta)-handful
Shahi Garam Masala-1 teaspoon
Ghee-1 teaspoon
Oil-2 tablespoon
Salt and sugar according to taste

ramya kilari thankyou for your reply. From childhood I have seen mom preparing food in less oil keeping health into consideration. We never had street food because we are not sure about kind of oil they use and quantity of oil they put.
