How To Make Omelette Curry - Quick Egg Recipe - Egg Curry

Ingredients required to make egg omelette curry - Serves 3
For omelette-
* 1 or 2 eggs per person. I made a combination of both
* chopped green chillies
* chopped coriander or any greens of your choice
* 1 tablespoon chopped onion for each serving
* 1 teaspoon chopped tomato for each serving
* salt as per taste
* freshly ground black pepper
* 1/8th teaspoon turmeric powder
For the curry -
* 1 large onion or 2 medium onions
* 1 teaspoon finely grated garlic
* 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
* 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder or paprika. Please adjust proportion according to preference
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* can also use 1/4th teaspoon garam masala powder (optional)
* 1 large tomato
* 1 cup water
* chopped coriander
* 2 to 3 tablespoons oil. Please adjust proportion according to your preference.
Serve with rice/roti

I'm a French chef's nighmare because I just cant eat runny eggs, so a recipe for a well-cooked omelette that is still fluffy, is for me a gift from heaven I don;t use seed oils so would use butter or ghee, but every recipe of yours that I've tried has been so simple and yet so delicious. Ooo yum bumbi !! Im making bhunna beef. I do beef vindaloo with portuguese dominant flavours like cardamom cloves bay kasoori methi. My oven just went ding. I do it all in a wok then oven cook for 2 hrs at 95 deg. When its cooked il add yogurt. Its bhunna chicken with beef really. Chipatis are done; rice is done. So im watching your new video and drinking ginger soup

Just made these today. Very delicious and easy to make 😋. First time making a curry too so had to get the balance for the gravy / masala but was very nice. The omelette too was so delicious you can just eat it on its own without the masala
