Believe it or not, the thumbnail to the video is the finished piece. I did a bezel delete, case polish and added a weird bluish crystal that makes the dial look different.

Man, that was a surprisingly good bag! Cardinal, Nixon, Fossil, and a Bulova? As well as a Tradition which, if it's the same one, was the old in-house brand that Sears used to sell watches.

That Tradition was kind of odd. The case and movement was cheap, but the dial was quite well made. It has this nice sunburst effect with applied baton indices. I scrapped most of the watch except for the crystal, dial and hands. I already have plans for the dial. You are right though, the bag wasn't too bad. BTW, the Bulova is beautiful as well and will clean up nicely. Thank you for the comment. 😀

I have an old beauchat dive watch in similar condition to that fossil. It was the first chronograph I ever bought, and I love the used look.

They are nice. The new crystal that I put on that watch had a slightly blue haze that made the orange hands pop. Thanks for the comment! 🙂

The Bulova is the treasure IMO....too bad it's not a larger men's watch

I know right! The Accutron logo is beautifully applied as well. I did a quick case polish and it just glows. I wish it was a men's as well.

Bit late with this but Lorus is a pretty old brand which operates under Seiko nowadays. They make great watches, I have one myself.

My brother isn't really into watches, but he had this Lorus dress watch that he protected like a Rolex Daytona. It was a beautiful time piece made from stainless steel with a black patterned dial and date complication. Thanks for your comment! 😁
