Ok…. I’m pretty sure I left a comment on here when this video first got uploaded… But OMG!! I finally understand C2C blankets!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Crystal!! You are such an awesome, kind teacher! You give me the confidence that I really can do it!! And I did!! I’m on round 12 already!! 💕❤️🙏🏼 You’ve no idea Crystal, just how thankful I am. I hate to sound dramatic, but I am telling you…. it’s been years of me trying again and again and again to understand C2C blankets. They made no sense to me!! I really tried each time!! So I’m going through all your blanket videos as I’ve got 5,689 projects going for Christmas gifts atm 😂… I wanted something unique… and I remembered your C2C rectangle video!!! I went through my yarn stash and found 5 huge skeins of Caron Jumbo in the variegated Color Peacock…. It’s so beautiful and looks extra pretty with this stitch!! It looks very masculine but at the same time, elegant! I’m making this one for my husband for Christmas! He’s out of town for work until next Friday (it’s Sunday now) so I am going to power through and get as much done as possible the next 5 days!!! Thank you again for giving me the confidence needed! ❤️💕🙏🏼

Crystal, Thank You for these videos. You keep coming out with such great projects, this one is just beautiful. It will take me some time to make this and the shawl. If I have to watch your video 1 million times I’m going to get these done. If it wasn’t for you, I would not be able to crochet, what I like is, I can always go back and rewatch to get it right. You have given me something to look forward to every day and put a smile on my face. God bless you, for all that you do, and your family... ❤️

Crystal, it took *YOU* to help me make sense of the C2C stitch. It grew into a love/hate relationship. I loved the stitch 'cause once it made sense, I could whip something up without any prompting, B-U-T I grew to find it terribly annoying. I have trouble sticking with something if it becomes tedious to me & C2C doesn't allow the "oh, it's big enough, so I'll stop here" tactic. So I thought, "Oh, goody! Crystal's gonna teach us something magical!🙄😶😄I think I'll have this video on replay for LOTS more viewing.

You have forever altered my attitude towards C2C patterns. I may never make another standard corner to corner blanket starting from the corner. This is perfect for when you are not sure if you have enough of one certain to make an entire blanket because it gives you the option of adding other colors and making it bigger. Thank you so very much, Crystal! Another "save the day" project to add to my repertoire.

Beautiful. The ombré green grabbed my attention because don’t’ see projects done in green often. Doing C2C in a rectangle is perfect and already have some yarn in mind (from my stash!) that I want to use for this pattern. Lost my crojo for a while but I think this inspired me. Thank you for creating this tutorial.

I’m really enjoying this stitch. You are right. It gets easier (I always start my projects with a series of project frogging). I’m using it on an afghan - I have a massive yarn stash that needs to be put to use. Thank you for everything.

I’ve seen this style of pattern done once before and it was so complicated that if I’d put my crocheting down for a day or so I had to go back and find the instructions so I knew what to do, you make it so easy, thank you, I’ll definitely be trying this version 😊
