Congratulations. My husband and I and our two rescued dogs just paid off our house after a 10 year land contract and now we owe nothing. @@ianreid . Congratulations Turkey looks like such a beautiful country. We live in a very rural area with mostly farms and a very large Amish community. We are getting chickens so we can harvest the fresh eggs and we have a very large garden. I can our vegetables and dry our herbs from our garden . We try to eat from what is grown locally and of course we enjoy our grandchildren coming over to pick fresh vegetables from our garden. I pray you and your wife have nothing but success in your new home and many years of happiness.

So excited for you! BIG RECOMMENDATION after having moved over 10 times in my life (as a kid and on my own): 1) start tossing, donating or selling everything you don’t really need or want. 2) Wait to paint walls til lived with it a bit, and definitely do at decent sized swatch and live with it for at least a week before going with it (and painting is great because it is a refresh and helps solidify it as yours and it’s not very expensive); 3) do you absolutely HAVE to be out right of current home or can you take a week to do the move vs trying to do it in one day? 4) Clean/sanitize before you move even one thing in. 5) Really familiarize yourself with all the house systems (gutters, etc. and see if you need to do any upgrades or securing before buying furniture or other items (I know it’s not the fun way to spend money but owning a home can be a money suck if you don’t stay on the critical stuff). Recommend starting a designated savings fund for home repairs or purchase insurance for repairs (this is different from regular homeowners insurance) It is for appliances, electrical repairs etc not covered by regular insurance. Rugs should be olefin or polypropylene with animals- resists stains & easiest to clean. Hold up well too. Natural fibers are nice but stain very easily. And they are also the cheapest! Moving is stressful and exciting. This is move is a major step for you and Sherpa- TRY to embrace the excitement over the stress. Have fun! So excited for you both! 🎉💞

Congratulations on your new home. My oldest daughter and her husband bought a house and moved in May. Before moving in, her husband measured each room and each piece of furniture and drew a floor plan so that they could see where everything was to be placed. Thanks to this we got two beautiful rocker/recliners because they didn’t fit. They are still unpacking boxes. Daughter no. 2 is watching her house being built and hopefully will close on July 27.

Dear annevine. Jamie always makes sure Sherpa is o.k first . 🌈🐕💕🐕. That's one lucky dog.🐕💕🐕🥃🌟😊. annevine, your advice on what's needed is spot-on....😊 much more maintenance than a mobile home... Sherpa's gifts will probably take more boxes than your stuff ! 😊.... Try to get temporarily packed stuff over there first, with some good food , kettle, etc., ready to get some extra food inside you both ! Get the place " going", keep basics at the mobile home till you're ready to make a run for it ! 😊. Eat especially well , and try not to overdo things ! I had to move virtually all our stuff alone, from a detached house ( lost to bank etc...😢) , TO 😢 a mobile home, ( quart into a pint pot! ), but you are well - organised, so it will be o.k. ! 😊🇬🇧🐕💕🐕. Everyone's keen to see the first video in your 🏕️ new home 🏡 .😊🌈📹🐕😊. Thanks for sharing your life with us , you have so many folk thinking of you in such kind ways ...😊💕🐕🇬🇧 🇬🇧😊🐕💕🏡🐕💕🌈 🌿😊🇬🇧🌟🐕💕😊🇬🇧.

So pleased for you both, it’s been a long wait and now the move is next week! Get packing Jamie, you can shop and order once you’ve settled in, as long as your bed arrives and Sherpa has everything he needs (chicken balls etc!) there’s no rush. It will be so exciting to show Sherpie his new garden, can’t wait to see the look on his lovely face! 🐾🤗
