I did watch a review on another channel and was intrigued to try it so took the plunge! Was advised to stir regularly during cooking which I did and I must admit, I was really impressed which surprised me! I know Iceland market to demographic, it’s great that they create and offer food for a £1 but I have to question expecting those folk to have an oven on for 40 minutes. How much much that cost?

Had it the other day ... took it into work for my lunch break... I had to microwave it ... sauce was ok... chips didn't cook... all hard ... had the sauce by spoon and binned the chips... probably OK done in the oven ... for a quid ...

I've had it a good few times aslong as you microwave long enough the chips soften up. I used to work in Iceland so for lunch my go to was a meal 85p staff price.

40 MIN IN AN OVEN! Thats more than a £1 in energy right their. Large bag of Lidl chips £1.39, Jar of curry sauce from most retailors £1.00-£1.50. Make about 10 of those meals for £3 with a cook time under 20 mins in the oven. That is awful value & to be honest looks like the bowl of a night club toilet come 3am.
