The one thing you can say about mass produced food from Thailand is that their food standards are somewhat higher than in China, although I'm sure the chickens didn't notice the difference...

Great review Gareth, I'm sure they were out before? Iceland telling porkies. They've simply breadcrumbed garlic bread and coated the chicken with it. But the amount of times you said "can just get garlic not the chicken" then go on to say "be nice with some garlic mayo"? lol you're a card. 😂😂👊👊

Today we went to The British Pride Bakery and picked up some Cumberland suasages, potato scones, a couple of meat pies and a substantial pork pie, and some Daddie's brown sauce. All this was based on yourr and others recommendation.

I did some research and unfortunately the welfare of Thailand chicken is, for the most part, better than the UK…I thought we were pretty good but obviously there’s room for improvement 😞

Ive found Icelands own brand of breaded chicken breasts are of very low quality, sometimes the quality is so bad they are practically inedible.

When packs of food try to explain why they claim 100% pure chicken breast ? It means that they are becoming aware that people are now reading the ingredients 🤔. I like my garlic bread in the form of a baguette grilled with garlic butter. To me ? just another gimmick to take customers in. Are they worth £4 ? Personally I don’t think so. Taste wise ?Probably quite nice. But just not for me. I’d probably preferred some skewered chicken brushed with a garlic sauce and some normal garlic and herb garlic bread. But that’s just me I guess. I don’t really go for all these new fads where food is battered in order to increase the weight value.

Iceland have a whole range of these fingers all 500g all in different flavours if you were making these st home you'd put some 'old' garlic bread in the whizzer to create breadcrumbs maybe even give them a minute or two in the airfryer to get them crispy then use as coating I wonder if these had an industrial version of that

You’ve got to try the new Big Tasty Burgers from Iceland. £5 for four of them. We had them at the weekend & they taste just like McDonald’s. Had them with Heinz burger sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato (no onions for me though) & delicious gherkins from Iceland too.

They are breaded. The breading is flavoured with garlic. The name is just that, a name. Either buy them and enjoy them, or don’t, nobody is going to lose any sleep.

So basically just standard chicken goujons coated with crunchy breadcrumbs, and then with some garlic seasoning added... Okay then... that's not exactly a revolutionary product development from Iceland, but hopefully nice enough. Seemed like you found them ok, but I when I saw the title I admit I was hoping for something a bit more radical, like a real garlic bread roll filled with some chicken in the centre. A sort of inside-out kiev, if you get me. Not sure, I may give them a try if I am in Iceland sometime soon, but thanks for another great review.

Well I've just had dinner"chicken n chips" so not hungry anymore, I not go in Iceland now it's not cheap in there', I got banned from one of there stores, but it look ok. I use to like there salmon....use to be £2.50 now it's almost double that.
