13:00 Tyler i am prety sure that red object is a tooth guard either for a backhoe or a small trackhoe(being it was in the water it could also be for a dredge but i have never seen any dredges up close to compare). I worked construction in the family business for 15 years & our backhoes lost teethguards frequently.

In the warmer months you should get a life jacket or some kind of flotation device so when you lose a magnet you can safely retrieve it, and don't forget you underwater camera!

you mention the reason for so many jigs... rocks. you can see them. even your magnet needed an extra pull to get it out of the rocks 😊 the fishing guys get stuck and don't come back, because of the rocks taking their lures. if they had breakfast at the local eatery, they would know not to fish here because of everybody loosing lures. ✌️
