In reference to the other comments, "all the stuff" or "too cluttered", V is showing you how it COULD look with STAGING accents or accessories. If he wants to remove it, that's up to him. The way it's staged or decorated now would be perfect for a master bedroom or guest room. Look at the "bones" or the base decor like the bed, desk, nightstands, dresser, etc. Amazing inspiration for a bedroom!!! ❤❤❤

I did some foraging for some interesting seeds, twigs and a few Cypress pine cones for my lantern. I added them to some small pine cones, and red and white berries and it looks fantastic. I painted some pine cones black for negative space and didn’t quite fill the lantern. Some cones had white painted tips for contrast. I painted the sage green metal lid black for the more modern look and added a string of lights. Thanks V for the idea! ❤

How do you get your kids to agree with these makeovers? Tell me your secrets! Do you pay them off😂😂😂 My kids would never. My daughter’s room is what she calls grandma core. It’s not my style, but it’s her style and she loves it, so I love it. It’s decked out in hello kitty and strawberry decor. Every inch is frilly, pink and cutesie. Maybe my son would let me redo his room, but probably not. He loves mixed martial arts, fencing, war history and Star Wars. So all of his decor and objects reflect those interests. It’s so nice that your kids let you do this, they must see how happy it makes you ❤
