Since Bardock was 10000 PL and went SSj, that would mean he's as powerful as first form Frieza (500,000PL) and he still lost. However since he had Omniman on the ropes this would mean that Third form (lowballing) and upwards on Frieza's scaling could put down a Viltrumite for good. Therefore pre-Namek Frieza could easily solo the 50 Viltrumites. As I said in the Viltumite vs Sayian debate before: your average Viltrumite beats your average Sayian, but a Goku level Sayian beats a Thrag

Now, to address the elephant in the room, wow, I was not expecting this to be such a big controversy generator. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised, though. This MU has been seen as debatable by many, and the reasoning they used definitely raises questions, I have to admit. I bought it at first, but now I'm less sure. I'm primarily here for the fight, and if it's good, the episode is good in my book, even if the other parts are flawed. What I take issue with in the arguments is when people act like this is some serious moral issue. Not gonna name names, but at least a couple people in this comment section need to chill the hell out. 😭 Death battle didn't betray its fans or some crap. They just made a mistake. It's good to criticize mistakes, but there's no reason for it to be anymore than that, like a rotten plot to start controversy for views. It's not that deep 💀. Just say you disagree and call it dumb like Hoodydude did and move on while acknowledging the good stuff, like the animation quality. I called both Omni-Man's fights. Sure this is basically Goku vs Superman again. Ultimately Omni-Man's Smart Atoms was too game changing. I will try to simplify what that entitles. For starters, Dragon Ball characters especially powerful ones quickly burn through energy. This is a recurring trend within the franchise for many years. In vice versa, Omni-Man's body barely gets fatigue. Which means he could be fighting seriously for an entire day still capable to keep on going. Saiyans can adapt to environments but Smart Atoms allows Omni-Man to constantly adapt to any situation. He can survive fatal wounds or simply make any part of his body more resistant. This biology also slows his aging down the older he gets as well as holding his breath for a long time. Personally the speed scaling from Goku I did question to a degree. Especially considering Omni-Man flies to planets while Bardock needed a one man space pod to do the same. Obviously Omni-Man is more of a strategist can quickly change the fight up at any time as shown in this episode. Bardock didn't master either transforms well the version they went with anyway. Another way to look at this is quite similar to Goku vs Superman itself. Bardock needed the transformations to better his chances in this fight. At the same time, Omni-Man already at his strongest by default. Honestly Bardock had more of a fighting chance than Vegeta did against Thor. Keep in mind, they didn't give Thor the Thor Force. Otherwise it would've been an even bigger stomp. Also going back to Reverse-Flash vs Goku Black, this is a more fair fight to that. Time paradox made a fight to the death questionable at best. At least Bardock pushed Omni-Man way more than Homelander. You had to known that was coming. It was a good fight to bring the show back with. I'm not even surprised so many people got upset over it.

You skipped past a feat at the end for Omni-Man. The Coalition of Planets couldn't harm Viltrumites with their weapons. One of their weapons destroyed a massive Sun Disk that blocked Earth, Viltrum, and Jupiter from the sun. They go into how they calced such a feat in the video, but the gist of it is that Omni-Man would massively upscale from this weapon. The AP required to destroy the Sun Disk was leagues greater than anything Bardock can compare to. Even with his transformation multipliers, Bardock would never be able to harm Omni-Man before he ran out of stamina. Also, even dividing the force between the three that destroyed Viltrum, it would still be bigger than King Vegeta blowing up three planets at once which was why those calls were so close.

You do realize that ssj Bardock upscales to Frieza and is only barely below him by 6%? Frieza blew up planet Vegeta with little to no struggle. This planet has 10x the gravity of our Earth(30x if it's DB's Earth). The destructive power needed for this calcs this feat at dwarf star level, without even trying. The disk wasn't even a star sized structure. DB only assumed this. the disk was made to block sunlight. This means that it's definitely above or at small planet level given it completely blocks the sun. This isn't a star level feat, it's a consistent small-planet level feat.

I loved the battle, but I still wish Bardock won. I’ve heard several reasons from comments that actually makes sense: - Omni-Man needed help from two other Vultrimites to destroy a planet. King Vegeta destroyed 3 with a flick of his hand without effort. - I never watched Invincible, but a commenter said it took weeks for Omni-Man to heal from punches by a Speedster, who is far from being as strong as Bardock. - A common complaint is that Bardock got Super Saiyan, but not Super Saiyan 2 & 3. That may have been Xenoverse Bardock, but one of Death Battle’s rules is to give their opponents everything.

It is cap, Bardock has a power level of 10k him at planetary automatically. If we add on Super Saiyan, he becomes easily large planet - star level with a power level of 500k. Omni-Man had FUCKING HELP to destroy ONE planet. He's literally planetary at max. This Death Battle is SHIT.
