at first i found the music dramatic, but then it was so fitting because this video was done like a masterpiece. it was really fun to watch. can't wait to try it out myself someday soon!

THANK YOUUUUUU . Gonna try this weekend !!! Can you help us, is the dough can be stored in the fridge and used a day after or the dough should be used once its made ? also the bun before it cooked, can it be store in the fridge for weeks before it cooked ?

2 questions: that short cooking time is enough for the meat inside? How do you add water to the hot pan with oil without starting a fire??

adding water to hot oil wont 'start a fire', for the most part adding water to this much oil is safe.. you might be confusing trying to extinguish an oil fire with water. also the time is more than enough to cook the filling

When you cover the pot the condensation creates excess moisture that drips to the pan even without the additional water. Thus causes a steaming effect which allows the water to safely mix with the oil.

Would it be okay to add pork jelly to the mixture to make it soupy? Will it hold in ingredients ok? Thanks!

I made it today, everything worked perfect, except the filling was not salty enough. I suggest a bit more salt and soy sauce, otherwise perfect !!! thank you for the recipe

So the ginger water goes into where? Dough? Fillings? Or for steaming?
