Crossroads is by far my favorite song in the Omori soundtrack, and now I have a deep connection to the song after listening to it for hours upon hours up late at night studying for tests. I even learned it on the piano, I loved it so much. This is such a beautiful rendition, and it’s definitely going on my playlist.

A nice break from the phonk. See You Tomorrow is my favourite song in the entire OMORI discography as I find it fits the general feeling of the entirety of the game. The Crossroads version reducing the amount of instruments and bringing the focus to the piano truly brings that extra bit of introspection out, right at the peak of the game. Context-wise it's fitting to have the violin take that role here. 0:45 White Space, the most recurring melody in the game (and possibly in your songs as well). Can never go wrong with this. 1:38 A Home For Flowers, because Bagels. Also having the violin climb an octave for emphasis, just before... 2:01 the melody gets shifted over to the piano. It plays out the rest of the theme, holding back on a few key notes to show this cover is more subdued until we reach 3:20 where the background picture (amazing art as always btw, sky's looking like a straight-up watercolour) dims more and more while White Space returns. A very pretty rendition of the song, carrot. This is one I'll be coming back to for quite a few times. As always, thank you for your hard work!

This song always made me reminisce on the fact that I never really had any close friends growing up, I had friends sure but never any that I could really lean on and depend on, I never had many fond memories of hanging with close childhood friends as we grew up, but I realize when I look back on cherished memories it is mainly ones of me and my family, my Mom, Dad, Brother, and Sisters. They have been there when I was happy, mad, when I was going through tough times, they were there no matter what. And I’ve always taken them for granted but I want to make sure they all know how much I love them, appreciate them, and cherish them. I’ll make sure they know that from now on, no matter if we have arguments or disagreements we’ll always support each other and love each other. This is such an amazing remake of my favorite song with beautiful art and I thank you for it, I look forward to any future videos of yours :)

this is such a pleasing track for the ears. piano and violin are the best instruments for this song, the white space motif was really well integrated too but still like noticeable. Even if Sunny defeated Omori, the concept of "Whitespace" and "Headspace" will never truly leave him, he just gotta live with it. And i like how there's only Basil in the art, basically following the "canon", since qe don't know the gang's reaction in full, but in the secret ending we see both Sunny's and Basil's something fading. I love crossroads on so many levels. I finished Omori a couple months ago about a month before i graduated high school. I listened to this song so much, and it really made my final months in my hometown bittersweet before I moved away to college. Although the past six years were rough for me, there was also lots of growth and greatness that stemmed from it. It was sad to be leaving my hometown that I lived in my entire life, and part ways with all my old friends. I feel I played Omori at the most perfect time in my life as I said farewell to all my old friends and my home, just as how Sunny was moving away.

This song makes me cry so much. Not only is it nostalgic but have you ever had that feeling of a good day coming to an end with everything being so perfect. Then you have to deal with yourself because you have no siblings at the end of the night and not only that it's always in your head. I'm so sorry Basil I know how hard it is and how close I've come myself, and out of all media i've seen portray the struggles of an only child I really want to hug you cause I KNOW how hard it is. I'm sorry you had to endure such a thing with no feeling of help even from those closest to you. The feeling hits me really hard buddy.

I love how the clouds obscure so much of the sky. Normally you'd expect more blue sky, or the sunset, or anything else traditionally 'peaceful', but it's a great move to have the roiling large clouds with the sun reflecting off them. It fits the conflicted and bittersweet tone so well.
