the tube is not placed correctly...it should be directly over the artery...and not behind the elbow

Might also explain the very low pulse pressure. According to the readings I would expect both testpersons to be in severe trouble. And since they seem just fine the measurement is done wrong in some way. In one of the cases the pulse pressure reads less than 20. When the monitor has these smart functions it seems a little odd that it won't warn in any way when the readings is like this. But then again - some people could have a pulse pressure like this. But they would not be ok at all.

Can you remove the tube once it was inserted? If yes how? I tried to remove mine but couldn't. Once it is clicked in place I cannot remove it.

For all that say it is incorrect placed. This Omron has Intelli Wrap - the tube can be place not directly on the artery, but in every direction. So it says ...

Omron M7 intelli IT kullanıyorum bence daha basit bir tansiyon aleti tercih edilebilir , uygulaması çok yetersiz aslında hiç bir işe yaramıyor, vasat bir tansiyon aleti. Boş yere çok para veremeye gerek yok , Ekranda ışığı bile yok . Bluetooth bağlantısı için her defasında tuşa basmak gerekiyor, Adaptör ile kullanımda her defasında saati ve Kayıtları resetliyor , kaliteli diye tercih ettim ama pişman oldum beklentinizi yüksek tutmayın ucuz bilekten ölçer tansiyon aletlerinden hiç bir farkı yok
