@@DavidPaulandBillT oregons group should have easily broken it but it’s hard to get 4 people to run at their best in 1 race. The team that has the world record happened to have all of their guys hit some of their best times during the event

@Adam Swanson your talking out your hole! 3 of that team had ran 3:50 or faster and the last runner was a 3:52 guy. They got dragged together and ran okay times for their caliber, CERTAINLY they didn’t have their best performances cause Coughlan a 3:49 guy didn’t even break 4! Get your shit together

@Calisthenic Runner 3:58 ain’t shit compared to some other U20 athletes and is nothing compared to Hoare (3:50) or Coscoran (3:53) in this race. Nick Griggs (aged 17) ran 3:56 this year which was way more impressive than Sahlmann or any of the Newbury boys. Soon as he starts his outdoor season everything the Newbury Park boys have done will look casual

@@christopherhamill525 well they certainly didn't do too much better as a professional team with other professional runners to help with the pace outdoors compared to the indoor completely solo effort that the Newbury park highschool team (with only 1 senior in the top 4) put together

@@christopherhamill525 well, no. That team is more impressive than any other HS team in history, remember that they're not seniors and have run the fastest miles for juniors in a long time. Also if you're so good then go run against them and see for yourself.
